The state of food in the USA-Food scientists please reply
Are we in trouble? there are currently many issues discussed concerning GMO's, how animal's are treated and the acidification of the ocean causing many species of sea life to face extinction. I wrote an article concerning this recently and provided a link on this blog. Write what you think. I am especially interested in what food scientists have to say.
Women Chefs
I am always inspired by women of excellence in the culinary field. Until I started culinary school this year I did not realize that until recently the culinary field was one that was considered primarily a man's field. When I discovered this I then became in awe of women who have excelled and are excelling in this field. Women chefs--inspire me--tell me your story.
